Call information: when our AI receptionist service is active for your business, we and our providers process call audio, transcripts, caller phone numbers and the job details captured during calls, so we can pass leads to you.
Usage & device data: standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, referring source) collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, set up and provide the service, and contact you about it.
To capture and forward leads from calls to you (by SMS and email).
To measure and improve our website and advertising performance.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the service, including:

Vapi and related voice/AI providers — to power the AI receptionist and process calls.
Zapier — to route lead data into our systems.
Calendly — to schedule demo calls.
Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) — for website analytics and advertising measurement.
Our website hosting provider.
