No surprise per call fees. You pay one flat monthly price and that's it. Each plan covers to a maximum amount of calls per month (50, 100 or 130 depending on which plan you are on, which works out to be roughly 150, 300 or 400 minutes). If you're a busy outfit and need more, you just move up a plan. Always the same bill at the end of the month.
